Shipping Policy

We aim to ship within 1-3 days. Please note that some items are special order or project order only, such items can take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery so please plan your projects accordingly.
If required we can help you ordering the items so they can be delivered within your time scales

Refund Policy

Every effort has been taken to ensure that our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct. Most of the products on this website are handmade, one-off and unique items therefore there may be slight  variations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

When you are being for one of one of our sellers/ vendors please see their T&Cs. You are dealing directly with them and any queries or returns will need to be added directly to them.
We take care to have good quality reliable and honest sellers/ vendors and ask them to align their T&Cs with ours. Always contact them first and if absolutely necessary contact us, we will try and help you the best we can. Please understand that the sellers/ vendors are responsible for their products and services. We are only responsible for our branded products and services.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

We have 14 days return policy on all ready made and manufactured products

If you change your mind or you think the quality is not as described about a purchase handmade items from DEZIGNE we will provide a full refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you follow our returns guide and all items are not damaged and in original packaging  .
Distance Selling Regulations state that the buyer should have the opportunity to inspect a product within 14 days of receiving it, as they would do in a shop environment and be able to change their mind and return it for a full refund. We are happy to honour this if you return the product (s) to us in an `unused, brand new condition’ at your expense for exchange or a full refund.
To qualify for a refund the item must not have been `used or worn’. You may take items out of their packaging to inspect and check their suitability but if you intend to return the item do not use it but replace it in the original packaging.
 

(Regarding B2B sales or bespoke made items: We may require a 25% restocking fee.
We will inform you prior to making a bespoke item(s) or orders and inform you at the point of order if it qualifies for return or not. We will send you an email immediately after you place the order and offer you a full refund option at that point if you wish to not process if return is not available for that order)

If your item is faulty or damaged when it arrives we will replace or repair it straight away. Please do not attempt to repair or use a faulty item. Contact us and report the problem straight away.
We cannot be held responsible for products that are misused or damaged during use.
In all cases, before returning an item please contact us. If we agree that the return of the item is necessary then we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted with the returned product.

Returns for not made to order items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. Item(s) must arrive back to us within 14 days (21 days for International Orders)

The item must be suitably packaged and addressed for its return – we cannot be held responsible if am item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please ensure that adequate postage is paid for any returned items. We will always inspect returned products on arrival.
