1. Order Processing Time
In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Handmade & commissioned items: These are made to order. Processing time varies and will be clearly stated on the product page or confirmed via email upon order. Typical turnaround is 7–21 business days, depending on the complexity of the item.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS, depending on the size and value of the order.
Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: Currently not available (optional: or specify countries and timelines)
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, which will be clearly indicated on the product or promotional page.
4. Click & Collect / Local Delivery
If available, local collection or delivery options will be shown at checkout. Details and instructions will be confirmed once your order is ready.
5. Packaging & Sustainability
Where possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials. Fragile items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
6. Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at sales@driftwoodbeach.co.uk with your order number. We will liaise with the courier and provide updates.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible signs of tampering, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Made-to-Order & Commissioned Items
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, extended lead times may apply. We will confirm estimated dispatch dates after reviewing your request. Please note that made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started, unless faulty (in line with your statutory rights).
