Please note: The following unevenness may occur in certain areas

  • Slightest swelling and dents (without loss of enamel)
  • Black dots < 1mm on the surface of the mug and on the handle
  • Inhomogeneous white coating on cup and handle

These deviations are the result of the unique manufacturing process of enamel products and are unavoidable. They do not constitute valid grounds for complaint.

Every effort has been taken to ensure that our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct. Most of the products on this website are handmade, one-off and unique items therefore there may be slight  variations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

We have 14 days return policy on all ready made and manufactured products

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you change your mind or you think the quality is not as described about a purchase handmade items from DEZIGNE we will provide a full refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you follow our returns guide and all items are not damaged and in original packaging  .
Distance Selling Regulations state that the buyer should have the opportunity to inspect a product within 14 days of receiving it, as they would do in a shop environment and be able to change their mind and return it for a full refund. We are happy to honour this if you return the product (s) to us in an `unused, brand new condition’ at your expense for exchange or a full refund.
To qualify for a refund the item must not have been `used or worn’. You may take items out of their packaging to inspect and check their suitability but if you intend to return the item do not use it but replace it in the original packaging.
