Shipping Policy

I will ship items within 2-3 days unless it is made to order.

I can arrange a shipping cost for several items -just contact me for a quote.

Refund Policy

I accept refunds and exchanges.

Refunds will be made once an item has been returned and received by me and the item is returned in its original packaging.

I make jewellery that is unique, beautiful and of good quality.
My aim is that you ( or the person that you have bought the item for as a gift)enjoys wearing the item as well as hopefully receiving compliments when wearing a piece of my jewellery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I accept returns and exchanges (except for earrings) if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. However if the item requires adjustment or repair I am happy to do this. I would rather you were totally happy with your purchase!

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

Items should be returned within 21 days - the buyer pays postage unless the item has arrived in a broken or damaged state.
